These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the Goals Inc App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
1.1 Agreement: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Goals Inc. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

a. Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights; b. Use the App for any unauthorized or unlawful purpose; c. Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or servers; d. Engage in any activity that could harm, exploit, or harass other users; e. Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App; f. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems; g. Create multiple accounts or impersonate any person or entity.
Goals Inc values your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
App Ownership: Goals Inc retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you any ownership or rights to the App or its content, except for the limited license to use the App as expressly permitted by these Terms.
4.2 Feedback: If you choose to provide Goals Inc with any suggestions, feedback, or ideas regarding the App (“Feedback”), you acknowledge that Goals Inc may use and implement such Feedback without any obligation to you, and you waive any rights to compensation or attribution for the Feedback.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. GOALS INC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any updates or changes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOALS INC AND ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in the United States in accordance with the rules of American Arbitration Association’s International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR).
8.1 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8.2 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Goals Inc regarding the App and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements.
